The Fen's Embrace

An alternate ritual for The Roaming Fen, a Strangeness in Uncanny.  In order to use this ritual, you will need a copy of both Uncanny and Sleepaway.

You turn, and suddenly The Roaming Fen surrounds you.  Bits of the old camp emerge from the mud roiling around your feet--the edge of a familiar sign, the rope from the old swing.  Memories come with them, overwhelming you until you can’t tell the past from the present.  The waters rise, threatening to submerge you.  Somewhere just beyond the edge of your vision there is dry land.  But for now, there’s only The Roaming Fen.

Use this Ritual when The Roaming Fen threatens to drag you down, and the only way forward is to break its embrace.
